Mitch Flynn is the founder of The Ride For Roswell, one of the largest single-day cycling fundraisers in North America. Since its first year in 1996, the event has raised more than $63 million to benefit research and patient care at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, New York. He is also the creative director and president of Flynn & Friends, a boutique advertising agency he started in 1986.
Mitch's strategic and creative work to promote and develop The Ride has been widely recognized in the community, including by Canisius College, which conferred upon him an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters in 2017. He has spoken to dozens of marketing, trade, and community groups about the success of the Ride from his perspective as both founder and one of its top all-time fundraisers.
